Denison’s

From 1989 to 2003, Denison’s Brewing Company and Restaurants was located at 75 Victoria Street. There, it brewed well respected examples of Bavarian style beers such as Helles, Dunkel, Märzen, Bock, Maibock and a couple of others. From 2003 on, two of its most popular beers have been produced by means of licensing agreements. Denison's Weissbier and Dunkel are now brewed under the direction of the original Brewmaster, Michael Hancock at the Cool Beer Brewing Company in Etobicoke, Ontario. At Denison’s we are growing cautiously, making sure not to sacrifice quality. Hopefully, over time, more of the above beer styles from the brewpub will be reintroduced to the portfolio of Denison’s beer currently available. Until then...
