Plenty of beer is brewed in North America, but only Old Credit Brewing uses ice-aging to bring out the best in our beer. Ice-Aging takes more time, more effort and more care, and maybe that’s why we take more pride in the beer we brew!
Old Credit beer takes a full, unhurried, carefully tended two weeks of fermentation and eight weeks to mature.
