Vert Catering food is local, fresh, seasonal and passionately cultivated and they are forging a special place as a leader in sustainability in the catering industry. As the original green caterer, their long list of green and triple bottom line credentials include composting and removing organic waste when building do not provide, reducing approximately 2 lbs. of waste per 10 person lunch in comparison to other caterers, driving environmentally friendly Autoshare and delivering lunches by bicycle, donating quality untouched extra catering food to the Toronto Community Hostel, regularly donating dinner caterings for their Board of Directors meetings and use their print services run by their street youth, member of Everpure Bio-Diesel Co-op, driving our vehicle with 100% biodiesel May-Sept, using biodegradable non-pulp tableware products and acting as a Local Food Plus (LFP) certified seller.
